Refund Policy

​We want every adventure with your furry mate to start off right! If something isn’t quite right with your GoPawz order, here’s how we handle refunds and exchanges.
1. Returns & Refunds

Not 100% happy with your gear? You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please keep items unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.
2. How to Request a Refund

Shoot us an email at gemma@gopawz.com.au with your order number and a quick note about why you’d like a refund.

We’ll guide you through the easy return process.
3. Refund Processing

Once we get your returned item and check it over, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to show up.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is normally non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Return shipping is usually at your cost, unless we say otherwise.
5. Exchanges

Want a different size or product? No worries! Email us at gemma@gopawz.com.au and we’ll sort it out.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know immediately.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund—no stress, no extra cost.
