Refund Policy

​We want every adventure with your furry mate to start off right! If something isn’t quite right with your GoPawz order, here’s how we handle refunds and exchanges.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Not 100% happy with your gear? You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please keep items unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Shoot us an email at gemma@gopawz.com.au with your order number and a quick note about why you’d like a refund.

  • We’ll guide you through the easy return process.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we get your returned item and check it over, we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to show up.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is normally non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • Return shipping is usually at your cost, unless we say otherwise.

5. Exchanges

  • Want a different size or product? No worries! Email us at gemma@gopawz.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know immediately.

  • We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund—no stress, no extra cost.
